We are a family clinic for all ages, with a team dedicated to provide a high standard of care and comfort all year round for our patients.

The clinics are conveniently located along Northshore Drive and Punggol Point Woods. Both are easily accessible from the kerbside, and many of our patients drop off from the car or bus before walking a few steps to the clinics.

Our clinic is open daily and provides a comprehensive range of medical services. We also serve on the panels of several insurance plans and government-subsidy schemes so that more residents can have high quality, convenient and affordable care.

We strongly believe in early treatment and early detection for all your medical issues. We also seek to work with other providers to offer you the best solution for the more complex medical problems.

Northshore Family Clinic is ready and equipped to help you manage your chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), gout, etc.

You may qualify for the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), claiming up to $700 from your MediSave. Separately there are government subsidies of up to $540 a year under the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS).

We provide treatment for various skin and nail conditions – including cellulitis, acne, eczema, bacterial and fungal infections, herpes, chicken pox, and shingles.

As there are many types of skin and nail conditions with similar symptoms, it is best to visit a medical professional for proper advice and treatment.

Our clinic provides fast and affordable Domestic Worker, Work Permit, Pre-employment, and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) medical checkups, adhering to Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) requirements.

Results would be ready within 3 working days. Same-day results are available upon request.

For those 65 years of age and above, and possesses a Singapore driving or provisional driving licence, it is a requirement to undergo and pass a medical examination in order to continue driving in Singapore.

Northshore Family Clinic is able to conduct a driving license examination in accordance to Singapore Police Force’s requirements and advise on its submission.

We offer various health screening packages and tests. However, it is important to discuss with the doctor on the most appropriate and cost-effective package for you.

Northshore Family Clinic provides a comprehensive range of vaccinations and travel medicine to allow you to travel with a piece of mind.

We perform Pre-Departure or self-paid PCR testing from $80.00 and Pre-Departure ART from $30.00, inclusive of GST.

Also known as ear irrigation, it is an ear cleansing method that removes a buildup of excess earwax or debris.

Ear syringing involves introducing liquid into the ears to flush the earwax/debris out for immediate relief.

We provide minor surgical procedures in a well-ventilated and clean environment. Many procedures, e.g. draining of abscesses, wound stitching, removal of small cysts, removal of stitches, wound dressing, etc., can be performed at our clinic for immediate relief.

After the procedure, you will be provided after-care information and a follow-up medical appointment to assess your recovery.

Northshore Family Clinic is able to assist with minor accident and injury treatments.

We will work closely with you for the most effective and least invasive treatment. Nevertheless, please do take care at the PCN and nearby playgrounds.
